i loved the place. the apartment is nice close to the old town and railway station and trams, railway station and city center in 10 minutes walking. rooms are all large and good-sized with balcony. so very friendly and helpful staff knows how to make your stay really really nice.

Our apartment was nice very close to all the tram stops, and the historic centre. Hosts were super friendly, even gave us room with fridge. Neat building, where we stayed.

My stay was fairly nice, loved its very good location and staff. Huge room had very comfy bed and was complete with an attached bathroom, balcony and fridge...

Great location near the old town, just a short walk away. Safe and quiet area. the friendly staff provided helpful information about the city and gave us maps. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed having access to a small kitchen where we could make tea and coffee.

Some issues with the room, such as unreliable wall sockets and lack of sitting furniture besides the bed. the street outside was a bit dark at night.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities I needed, including maps and guidebooks. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train and bus station, and there were plenty of supermarkets nearby. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and I even had my own fridge outside the room. I had a great experience at Art-Mont and would highly recommend it.

The warm and friendly welcome at Art-Mont made us feel right at home. The owner provided us with plenty of helpful touristic documents, even better than the tourist office! The room was clean and spacious, with a quiet garden view. We also appreciated the convenience of having our own fridge outside the room, as well as access to a shared kettle and electric plate. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the train and bus station, and there were 24-hour supermarkets nearby. The Wi-Fi was very efficient and we had no trouble staying connected.

One minor drawback was the smell of dampness in the building, although there didn't seem to be any actual dampness. Perhaps the old building could benefit from some additional heating, especially in the bathroom where the towels remained damp after showering.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was perfect, with it being pretty close to the town centre and very close to the market square. It was very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice attached bathroom. The hotel also had great facilities, including a microwave and kettle outside the room which came in handy. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient location to the Krakow Main train station, making it easy to access transportation.
